Which ward is Vinhomes Golden River in?
Vinhomes Golden River sits at 2 Ton Duc Thang, on the former Ba Son shipyard site on the Saigon River. Until 1 July 2025 the address was in Ben Nghe Ward, District 1. Under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, the whole of Ben Nghe — together with parts of Da Kao and Nguyen Thai Binh — became Saigon ward, so the development is now in Saigon ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Documents issued before the change remain valid, and either address works when you book.

Towers on the Saigon River get sun, wind and moisture off the water all year. Large windows streak after rain, river-facing curtains fade and gather dust, and soft furnishings in apartments left closed for weeks pick up a musty smell. Ho Chi Minh City's rainy season runs from May to November, with average relative humidity around 79.5% according to Government climate data.
