Who carries out the spraying?+
A licensed pest-control partner. UpClean surveys with them, clears standing water, protects your belongings, supervises and cleans afterwards.
Do we need to leave home?+
For outdoor treatment you usually just keep doors and windows closed and stay out of the garden for the advised time. Any indoor treatment comes with its own re-entry time in the plan.
How long do results last?+
There is no single figure, since mosquitoes fly in from nearby, especially by rivers and canals. The partner states the expected interval and repeat schedule in the quote; clearing standing water weekly helps results last.
We have a koi pond. Is that a problem?+
Please tell us in advance. The partner keeps treatment away from the pond and we cover it as advised.
Does this prevent dengue?+
Spraying reduces adult mosquitoes for a time, but Vietnam's Ministry of Health stresses removing larvae and standing water as the key measure. Our service always includes a standing-water check and does not replace public-health measures.
Can you treat before a garden party?+
Yes. Book early so treatment can be scheduled with enough time before the event, then we wipe down the party area.
