Frequently asked questions

Indoor plant care: your questions

How often should plants be cared for?+

It depends on species, pot size, light and season. Many indoor settings suit weekly or fortnightly visits; we recommend a schedule after the survey.

Do you look after office plants on contract?+

Yes. We care for plants in offices, lobbies and showrooms on a regular schedule, with an Up Report after each visit and a VAT invoice.

Will you replace plants that die?+

Replacements are made only as agreed in your contract. If a plant starts to decline, we flag it early in the Up Report so you can decide.

Can you water my plants while I'm travelling?+

Yes. Visit dates, key or access-card handover and building registration are agreed in writing beforehand, and you get an Up Report after every visit.

Do you use pesticides indoors?+

Only when necessary, using legally registered products at label rates. We prefer mechanical and spot treatments and isolate affected pots.

Do you repot plants?+

Yes. When a plant is root-bound or the mix is exhausted we recommend repotting; materials and labour are quoted separately and done only with your approval.

Will it make a mess?+

We lay a protective sheet when repotting or pruning, collect leaves and soil, and wipe the floor and shelves before leaving.
