Which ward is The Marq in?
VnExpress (November 2022) lists The Marq at 29B Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, District 1. Unlike Ben Nghe, Da Kao was not merged whole: Clause 1 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 moves part of it into Saigon ward and Clause 2 moves the rest into Tan Dinh ward. The resolution doesn't list streets, current sources disagree on this address, and Nguyen Dinh Chieu itself is described as the boundary. We therefore don't state a ward — the old address or the one on your updated documents works fine, and we serve both wards.

High ceilings and double glazing: what changes
According to VnExpress, ceilings are 3.2 m as standard and reach 6.9 m in some spaces, and the whole façade uses two layers of glass to cut noise and heat. Above 3 m, most dust sits out of sight — on curtain rails, door heads, light fittings and aircon vents — so a home can look clean at eye level yet still feel stale. We plan the high work separately.
- Tall curtains: taken down with suitable ladders, cleaned by fabric, re-hung and dressed
- Double glazing: inner face only; the cavity and the building's outer façade are outside our scope
- High lights and vents: within safe stepladder reach, anything higher discussed first
- Cassette aircon: panel, filters and drain tray cleaned to a dedicated routine

Building access
