How is this different from termite control?+
Termite control deals with an active colony. Pre-construction protection creates barriers in the ground, walls and timber so termites find it harder to get in from the start.
When should it be done?+
The key moment is after soil compaction and before the ground-floor slab is poured, so please contact us as soon as you have a build schedule.
Is there a Vietnamese standard?+
Yes. TCVN 7958:2017 covers new buildings and TCVN 8268:2017 covers buildings in use; the licensed operator refers to them when preparing the plan.
Can an existing home be protected?+
Yes, usually with a perimeter barrier and small drill holes into floors or wall bases. Active termites should be treated first.
Will it delay construction?+
Very little, if hold points are agreed early with your contractor.
What warranty is provided?+
Terms depend on the works and are set out in the licensed operator's written quote.
Do you work on factories?+
Yes, after a separate survey. The licensed partner proposes a plan for the foundation and schedule, with a written fixed quote.
