Which ward is Masteri Millennium in?
A 2016 VnExpress launch article gives 132 Ben Van Don, Ward 6, District 4, between Calmette and Ong Lanh bridges. Ward 6 merged into Ward 9 on 1 January 2025, and Clause 9, Article 1 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 placed all of Ward 9 in the new Khanh Hoi ward from 1 July 2025.
- The project
- Developed by Masterise, Phat Dat and Vinh Hoi on about 0.7 ha: two 34-storey towers with 650 units — apartments of 53–107 m², shophouses, offices and penthouses — started Q2 2016, handed over Q2 2018 (VnExpress).
- Amenities
- A pool of about 260 m² on level 7, gym, children's play area and community lounge (VnExpress, 2016). A 2023 resident review in VnExpress praised the upkeep but noted limited green space and a busy car drop-off at peak times.
Eight years after handover
Many homes here have run the same aircon, washer, fridge and range hood since 2018. Built-up grime makes them work harder, smell and use more power. We clean only — no repairs or parts — and photograph any wear we find, such as corroded coils, torn door seals or a noisy hood fan, so you can decide what to do. Front-loader seals, detergent drawers and drums are opened as far as needed, cleaned, reassembled and test-run; fridge door gaskets, drip trays, hood grease filters and fans are cleaned too. Gas pressure is checked for free; a top-up costs 250,000 VND per unit up to 2 HP and is only done with your approval.
Living mostly indoors
With little green space outside, children and older relatives spend long hours inside with the aircon on and windows closed, so dust and mites gather in mattresses, sofas, curtains and play mats, and canal humidity in the rainy season slows drying. Service bedroom aircon before the hottest months, clean mattresses and sofas seasonally, curtains yearly, and keep purifiers and dehumidifiers clean so they actually work.

- Purifier and dehumidifier
- 650,000 VND for the pair; a single appliance on its own is charged at the 500,000 VND minimum.
Working with reception
We are independent — not a partner of Masterise or the building's operator — and we don't publish any building's internal rules. Service staff are normally notified in advance, leave ID at the desk and use the designated route and lift. Because the drop-off area gets busy at peak times, we can book mid-morning or early afternoon. Time spent at reception after arriving on time is never counted as late.
