Which ward is De La Sol in?
Sources place De La Sol on Ton That Thuyet, between Nguyen Tat Thanh street and the Kenh Te canal park, but disagree on the old ward: VnExpress (October 2023) says Ward 18, District 4, while CapitaLand's project page says 01 Ton That Thuyet, Ward 1. Under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, Ward 18 became part of Xom Chieu (Clause 8) and Ward 1 part of Vinh Hoi (Clause 10). With no official confirmation either way, we don't state a new ward — please give us the address on your sale contract, title or updated documents. We serve both wards.

Dual- and tri-key units
Multi-key layouts split one apartment into sections with their own entrances — owners often live in one and let the other. We treat each section as its own job when needed: separate quote, separate visit and a separate photo report, entering only the sections you authorise. If the whole home is cleaned at once, the areas are added together and the minimum applies only once; aircon in each section is billed with that section's visit.
About three years in: the first big clean
Homes handed over from late 2023 have now seen around three rainy seasons. Typically that means dusty aircon coils and drain trays, a musty front-loader seal, mineral streaks on balcony glass and darker patches on the most-used sofa and curtains. We use soft tools and suitable products on new stone, laminate and stainless steel so the finishes last. Large units and Sky Suites with wide glazing, long curtains and cassette aircon are best surveyed first so we bring the right ladders and enough people.

From our published rates; section sizes, aircon counts, glass and curtain areas are illustrative, not project specifications. The fixed price is agreed in writing first.

- Together in one visit: 1,650,000 VND. Two separate visits: 2,025,000 VND (the small section hits the minimum).

- Deep clean 1,800,000 VND; four aircon units 1,050,000 VND; 4-seat fabric sofa 520,000 VND.
- Example: Sky Suite, 190 m²
- Deep clean 2,850,000 VND; two cassettes and three wall units 1,820,000 VND; 60 m² of glass 600,000 VND; 40 m² of curtains 1,600,000 VND.

Reception, management and tenants
We are independent — not a partner of CapitaLand or De La Sol's operator — and we don't publish any building's internal rules. Newer amenity-rich developments usually control service access through reception, with advance registration and a designated route and lift for equipment. If a section is let, please tell your tenant about the visit; we can send specialist details to both of you. Time at reception after arriving on time is never counted as late.
